How do you keep a record of your health concerns?

I’ve been keeping a journal for my health symptoms and goals for a while but it’s not capturing all the information I’d like to include. I’m looking for ways to make it more helpful.

For those who keep a record of your health symptoms or vital signs, may I ask you a few questions?

Do you use an app, a spreadsheet, or an old-school paper journal? If electronic, could you tell me what works best for you? If hard copy, do you use a blank notebook or something formatted especially for recording health-related information?

What kind of information do you think is especially useful to record daily or on a regular basis?

It helps me to write how I’m feeling down on my notes app. I can’t keep up with symptom trackers there’s too many to list, so I just summarize it lolol
